Senior Software Developer/AI Programmer

Overview:
4+ years experience in the creation and delivery of state-of-the-art, performance-minded software products. Experience in artificial intelligence, client/server applications, game development or web-based content management systems a plus.

Intellitar Inc. has an opportunity for a smart, innovative software programmer who wishes to push the boundaries in creating practical, conversationally intelligent products. We are looking for a senior software engineer who has top-to-bottom experience with architecture, code, systems, and tools; someone who understands that good, intelligent software is about far more than any one particular algorithm - it is about bringing a product to life, engaging the user, and above all else, making it a delightful, productive experience to interact with computing devices.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with designers and strategic partners to bring the vision of our unique products to life.
• Design, implement and extend data-driven AI systems that will provide our Intelligent Avatar Platform (IAP) a set of robust tools and programming aids. These tools and systems will layer and extend the existing IAP capability, while integrating with third-party enabling technologies.
• Provide technical expertise to develop technologies in support of our intelligent avatar products.
• Reliably create high-quality, robust performance-minded code.
• Provide leadership, insight and coaching skills to help develop less experienced engineers.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in a variety of areas, including artificial intelligence, client/server architected applications, game development and content management tools.
• Excellent working knowledge of C# and the .NET framework
• Excellent working knowledge of C++ and Object Oriented Design
• 4+ years experience in the creation and delivery of state-of-the-art, performance-minded end-user software products
• Ability to work independently and to be self-directing.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Database: A Working knowledge or experience of Oracle, MySQL, PHP a plus
Education Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science or equivalent work experience.
